The CleanFlow Replacement Filter Cartridges are for SMALL 80 oz. Filtered Water Bowl ONLY. Use these filter replacement cartridges in the CleanFlow Water Filter Bowl for Cats or the CleanFlow Water Filter Bowl for Small Dogs.

The manufacturer suggests that the filter cartridge be replaced every 1-2 months and cleaned weekly. You will feel the filter begin to soften and break down over time, so they suggest whenever you feel the filter begin to soften during the weekly cleaning, you should use your best judgment on when to replace the filter.
