A black, metal construction mimics a mailbox, completed by lids on both sides, each resembling the flap of an envelope and with the AIR MAIL imprint inscribed across them. The rectangular body holds up to 5 lbs. of seed, and weight-sensitive perches on both sides allow select birds to dine. If a squirrel or other larger animal rests on these perches, a metal lid covers the seed ports, preventing the animal from reaching the seed. The springs at each end of the feeder may be adjusted to increase or decrease resistance based upon the birds you wish to feed, and the clear panels make it simple to monitor seed levels. The dual perches allow you to see plenty of avian activity, and an attached cord handily showcases the feeder on a bracket or branch. The white and black coated finish protects the feeder from elemental wear, and both lids lift for cleaning and refilling.
